Every other year we ask all our customers what they think of the support they have received from Border . We then publish the results. We can afford to be open about our service levels because they are second to none. 

A first class support service does not just resolve problems, it also helps you use the system more efficiently, to implement new facilities and make best use of the system enhancements provided.

Assistance from the support desk is unlimited. Regular software updates are included in the on going support contract so that your system is kept up to date as new features are added. Of course to achieve such a high level of user satisfaction, CounterAct must be easy to use and administer and provide features required by merchants.
