Our Partners

	CounterAct has been developed by Border using Progress 4GL RDMBS Database Software. Progress provides high performance support for mission critical transaction processing. It includes automatic roll back crash recovery to ensure the integrity of your data should you encounter a hardware failure.
	CounterAct allows for the electronic processing of purchase invoices from suppliers. We work with two leading industry partners, GXS Freeway and Atlas to enable our customers to benefit from trading via EDI. (Please refer to the CounterAct options section for further details.)
	CounterAct is written specifically for merchants - we don’t sell into any other industries. We are a service member of the Builders Merchants Federation.
	Matrix are our preferred IT Support Partner, they provide a cost effective IT Support solution to our mutual customers over the telephone, remotely and on-site through their nationwide team of experienced engineers. They also supply hardware, consumables, cabling and communication solutions for both Linux and Windows environments.
