Delivery scheduling

CounterAct allows you to plan your delivery schedule to get the best possible use out of your vehicles. It also means that sales staff can have on line access to records of deliveries that are scheduled.

Delivery scheduling features

• Your Transport Manager can look real time on CounterAct to see which orders are now in stock and available for delivery.  The transport manager can run a report to give the drivers listing his/her delivery schedule, what's to be delivered and to whom.  This is a useful additional report to the delivery notes that the driver will usually take with them.
• He/she can then allocate deliveries to particular vehicles and schedule trips.
• CounterAct allows users to drill down into each order to find out further details if required.
• Trade counter staff can look in real time to see when deliveries are scheduled.
• The transport manager can run a report to give to the drivers listing his/her delivery schedule, what’s to be delivered and to whom.  This is a useful additional report to the delivery notes that the driver will usually take with them.
